Mr. Milton was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ACE Aviation Holdings, Inc. (“ACE”), a holding company for Air Canada and other aviation interests from 2004 until June 2012. He also was the President of ACE from 2004 until 2011. Mr. Milton was the Chairman of Air Canada from 2004 until December 2007. He held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada from August 1999 until December 2004. Mr. Milton currently serves on the board of directors of United Continental Holdings, Inc., and is a former director of U.S. Airways Group, Inc. and of AirAsia, Bhd. He is a member of the board of directors of the Smithsonian National Air & Space Museum. Mr. Milton served as Chair of the International Air Transport Association’s Board of Governors from 2005 to 2006. He is a past Trustee of the Georgia Tech Foundation and also a past Chairman of the Georgia Tech Advisory Board. Mr. Milton received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
