John Rojas Vice President, IT

John Rojas joined Air Lease Corporation in January 2019 and serves as the Vice President, Head of Information Technology. Prior to joining the ALC team, Mr. Rojas, provided program management and enterprise cybersecurity services to the United States Air Force’s Global Positioning Service (GPS) program as a member of AT&T’s Government Services branch. Before joining AT&T, Mr. Rojas provided cybersecurity management and lead the cybersecurity and compliance teams for Collab9, Everbridge LLC, the Los Angeles Air Force Base Communications Division and the Missile Defense Agency’s Space Tracking and Surveillance System program. Before shifting focus to Cybersecurity and Program Management, Mr. Rojas managed Information Technology Operations and Support at LA Fitness International. Mr. Rojas first learned leadership and management skills during his six years of active duty as a United States Marine Corps, Communications and Information Systems Officer. Mr. Rojas started his career in information technology in 1996 when he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Multi-Channel Equipment Operator while attending the University of Southern California. Mr. Rojas is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Mr. Rojas’s education includes a Master of Information Technology Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Southern California.
